Payroll Administrator – Truro – Office Based
💰 Pay: Up to £25,000 per annum
📍 Location: Truro – Office based
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Carrington Wood is delighted to be supporting a growing business in Truro that is on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join their lively and supportive team. This role would suit someone looking to develop their skills and gain exposure across payroll, basic finance, and administration – with full training and development opportunities on offer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Sending contracts and onboarding documents to new starters
✔ Processing weekly timesheets accurately and on time
✔ Hosting welcome calls with new payroll starters
✔ Handling payroll queries and resolving issues efficiently
✔ Supporting wider finance tasks such as invoicing and credit control
✔ Assisting with general administrative tasks as part of the wider office team

What We’re Looking For:

💡 Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
💡 Previous payroll or finance experience is helpful but not essential – training provided
