Accounts Assistant – Falmouth – Permanent 
💰 Pay: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum
📍 Location: Falmouth – Office based (with up to 1 day WFH per week)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, early Friday finish on offer)
📅 Start: Flexible for the right person

Carrington Wood is delighted to be supporting a respected and busy Falmouth-based organisation as they look to add an Accounts Assistant to their six-strong finance team. With exposure across the business and plenty of variety, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on finance role in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Managing account reconciliations
✔ Supporting with transactional finance and month-end duties
✔ Collaborating with colleagues across departments
✔ Getting involved with ad hoc tasks, including some that fall outside of finance – it’s a true team environment
✔ Helping to keep finance processes ticking over efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:
💡 AAT qualified (or strong equivalent experience)
💡 Previous practice experience would be beneficial, but not essential
💡 A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys being busy and helping out wherever needed
💡 Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
