​​​I began my career in recruitment at 19, working with some of the industry's most respected and market-leading organisations. Along the way, I’ve learned from the best - taking the parts I truly value and shaping myself into a people-first professional who believes in making a genuine difference. Launching Carrington Wood was my way of creating a business that reflects those values: personal, honest, and always focused on people.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father to four incredible daughters and husband to my Hollywood wife - yes, her name is actually Holly Wood! When I’m not being a dad or husband, you’ll find me in the water: freediving, bodyboarding, or surfing - anything that keeps me connected to the ocean.
