PA / Receptionist – Truro – Approx. 6 Months
💰 Pay: £13.68 - £14.68 per hour (including holiday pay)
📍 Location: Truro – Predominantly office-based - possibility of some home based working.
🕒 Hours: Full time preferred, but part time applicants considered – flexibility available
🗓  Start Date: ASAP
🔁 Contract: Temporary (approx. 6 months) – potential to extend or become permanent

Carrington Wood has been asked to support with the appointment of a friendly, professional, and reliable PA / Receptionist to join their team on a circa 6-month basis.

This is a key front-of-house position where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Greeting guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner
✔ Answering and directing telephone calls
✔ Managing email correspondence
✔ Transcribing and note-taking as required
✔ Supporting the wider team with general office admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
💡 Prior experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role
💡 A friendly and professional approach to visitors and colleagues
💡 Strong communication and organisational skills
💡 Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office environment
💡 Confident with Microsoft Office and general office systems
