💰 Salary: circa £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
📍 Location: Redruth, Cornwall

We are partnering with a dynamic and community-focused organisation, as they look to expand their Sales & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation making a real difference in people’s lives across Cornwall.

The business is now seeking a Marketing Officer to drive campaigns, develop engaging content, and help bring ideas to life.

✔ Content Creation & Campaigns: Create brochures, adverts, social media content, websites, and editorial copy to promote.
✔ Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage online platforms, schedule campaigns, and track performance.
✔ Events & Launches: Organise open days, events, and launches — some out-of-hours work required (TOIL given).
✔ Market Research & Analytics: Conduct research on trends, audiences and competitors; analyse marketing impact and report regularly.
✔ Strategic Marketing Support: Help implement marketing strategies
✔ Customer Engagement: Handle enquiries from customers, clients and other stakeholders
✔ Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams and external agencies (e.g. designers, media) to deliver effective marketing.
✔ Creative Media: Capture and produce content, including drone footage for digital campaigns and conveyancing visuals.

💡 A proactive, creative individual with excellent communication skills.
💡 Experience in content creation and digital marketing (Canva Pro and/or Photoshop experience a bonus).
💡 Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and can manage multiple projects.
💡 A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Cornwall.
