Before my career in recruitment, I spent 20 years as a professional surf coach, teaching in Australia, Indonesia, the USA, Africa, and across Europe. That experience shaped my instinct for understanding people, building trust quickly, and helping individuals reach their full potential - skills that now serve me daily in the world of talent.

Outside of work, I still live for the waves - sharing the joy of surfing with my partner and our adventurous two-year-old daughter. I’m also a keen endurance athlete, regularly competing in marathons and ultra marathons.
