What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Leading the production of accurate, insightful management accounts
✔ Overseeing project accounting, including cost control, forecasting, and financial governance
✔ Conducting detailed variance analysis, highlighting opportunities, risks, and trends
✔ Acting as a true business partner, bridging the gap between finance, project and commercial teams
✔ Supporting pricing, bids, and financial modelling to drive strong commercial outcomes
✔ Enhancing reporting tools, dashboards, and processes
✔ Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
✔ Rolling up your sleeves to support wider finance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

💡 Ideally part or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent – or possess strong, relevant experience
💡 Strong experience across management accounting, project accounting, and cost control
💡 Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
💡 Commercially aware and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
💡 Adaptable, hands-on, and keen to get stuck in
💡 Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and develop within a growing organisation
