​I‘ve had a really varied career - I started in banking at 18, moved to education and ended up in the recruitment sector for all my sins. My role now primarily focuses on making sure that our workers are paid on time, every time, whilst also ensuring the team are looked after from an HR point of view. The thing that matters the most is that things are done right – for me, people being treated fairly and honestly aren’t just tag lines for the business.

I’ve got 6 kids (1 husband, 2 boys, a dog and 2 cats) so my life outside of work is hectic! I love nothing more than taking our dog for a long walk for a bit of peace and quiet.
